Terms and Conditions:

1. Entry to Canvas will be subject to the Venue's prevailing terms and conditions of entry, available at www.canvasvenue.sg

2. Entry to Canvas is subject to age restrictions (minimum 18 years old for ladies, minimum 23 years old for gents), and no refunds will be made on the grounds that the Ticket Holder was not aware of such age restrictions.

3. The Basement Assembly and Canvas reserve the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others, or who exhibits fever and/or other symptoms of respiratory illness.

4. The Basement Assembly may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times and audience capacity without prior notice.

5. The Basement Assembly may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the Event due to dangerous situations or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.

6. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event and the Venue whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event or your presence at Canvas, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

7. Tickets are not refundable, except in case of cancellation of the Event by The Basement Assembly.

Precautionary Measures to Mitigate Spread of COVID-19:

1. Ticket Holder are advised to practice social responsibility by monitoring their own health condition and avoiding attending the Event if unwell.

2. Please remain vigilant and adopt good personal hygiene practices. Advice from MOH are available at www.moh.gov.sg/docs/librariesprovider5/2019-ncov/eng-jpg.jpg

3. To facilitate contact tracing if needed, each Ticket Holder must register her/his contact details.
